SEATING IS LIMITED  -  WALK-INS PERMITTED ON SPACE AVAILABLE BASIS ONLY.

* Reduced rate of $350.00 (must register in advance for reduced rate) for Public Defenders, Private Attorneys representing indigent defendants in pending capital cases, attorneys practicing less than 3 years, mitigation specialists, and other experts involved in capital case litigation.

** Reduced rate of $250.00 for paralegals, licensed private investigators, and attorney office support staff.  Registrations made after 11/17/08 will be accepted on space available basis only with preference being given to Attorneys if seating has reached capacity. NO CLE CREDIT AWARDED to support staff.   Continuing Education Hours will be forwarded to the Private Investigator Licensing Commission for approval and awarding of Private Investigator continuing education credit.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In order to encourage early registration, there is NO PENALTY for cancellations received prior to 24 hours of program and a full refund will be issued. Cancellations received within 24 hours will be subject to a full refund less $25 administrative fee.
